NEW SHARON — A local teen was injured Tuesday after he lost control of his truck on George Thomas Road and it rolled onto its roof.
Austin Koehling, 18, was driving too fast on the dirt section of the road, Sheriff Scott Nichols said in a news release.
Austin was taken by a NorthStar EMS ambulance to Franklin Memorial Hospital with injuries considered not life-threatening.
Several Franklin County deputies, New Sharon firefighters and a Maine State Police trooper responded to the scene. New Sharon firefighters shut down George Thomas Road during the investigation.
