First Saturday at the Williams House

WAYNE — First Saturday at the Williams House will be from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 3, at 14 Old Winthrop Road.

Included will be a book sale, a boutique and breakfast.

All proceeds benefit the Wayne Library Association.

Rangeley Alumni yard sale, meeting

RANGELEY — The second annual yard sale to benefit scholarships for graduating seniors at Rangeley Lakes Regional High School will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, at 2632 Main St.

The Alumni Association is seeking donations of items for the sale. Donations may be dropped off at 2632 Main St. Pickup is available by calling 207-864-3470.

The annual meeting of the association will be at 4 p.m. Monday, Sept. 5, at 2632 Main St. All alumni of Rangeley schools are invited, including those who only attended. Refreshments will be served.

St. Luke’s holding yard, bake sale

WILTON — St. Luke’s Episcopal Church will hold its annual yard sale fundraiser from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, in the church parking lot at 59 High St. 

Yard sale items will include household goods, crafts, books, children’s toys and furniture. There will be baked items for sale.

Otisfield Sewing and Craft Group

OTISFIELD — The Otisfield Sewing and Craft Group will meet from 12:30 to 3 p.m. Wednesdays at the Otisfield Community Hall. The group does not meet the third Wednesday of the month.

Club members put on the tea kettle and meet to work on individual and group projects and share ideas, skills, books and patterns. Projects members work on include knitting, crocheting, quilting, painting, fabric painting, card making from scraps, sewing table runners, making Christmas crafts and zentangle.
