UPDATED: TOPSHAM — A 90-year-old woman from Warren was killed Wednesday afternoon when a car, van and commercial truck collided on Route 196.

Topsham police said Jean Brusila, 90, was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after a three vehicle accident on Route 196 in the area of West Merrill Road.
