1955 – 2016

AUBURN — Judy A. Fournier, 61, of Auburn, died  unexpectedly Tuesday, Aug. 30, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center following a one-day stay.

She was born in Hartford, Conn., on Jan. 19, 1955, the daughter of Maurice and Eva Fournier, and was educated in Lewiston schools. She graduated from Lewiston High School with the Class of 1972 and Mid-State College with a degree in travel and tourism.

Judy worked as a waitress most of her life and more recently at Rolly’s Diner in Auburn. She enjoyed spending time with her family, going camping, to the movies and to her favorite spot, OOB.

Mom will be remembered for being the sweetest, most loving, caring, giving and hardworking woman in this world. Her smile would brighten every room and her laugh was so infectious. She will never, ever be forgotten. She was the woman who would take the worst situations life could throw at you and turn them into the best, funnest memories.

She is survived by daughters, Judy M. Kell of Lewiston, April M. Caron of Lewiston and Mindy L. Hansen of Auburn; grandchildren, Brittany, Courtney, Alexis, Caleb, Emily, Ryleigh, Chase and Lyla; sisters, Nancy, Jackie and Melodie; and brothers, Maurice and Robert.
