Democrats should let Gov. Paul LePage do his job and stop finding fault with him.

Democrats are something else again. With all the state’s work ahead of them, all they can find time to do is criticize the governor and try to see if they can get rid of him.

Liberals seem to think there is no party like the Democratic Party. Well, contrary to popular belief, that ain’t so. Democrats in Maine are right up there with the Democrats in the federal government.

I am a registered Democrat, but not for long. I listen to both sides and I vote for whomever I think is right, Democrat or Republican. Along with a lot of others, I believe that LePage is doing a good job as governor, and if from time to time he says a few things people don’t like, then they can close their ears.

People who are trying to oust the governor should stop complaining, get off their high horse and get back to doing the state’s work.

George Blaisdell, Sabattus
