Each time I drive across the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge I have been so proud to see the American flag flying. I have wondered who was responsible.Then I saw the story in the Sun Journal (Sept. 6).
I send along a thank you to Buzzy Metayer. I thank him for going the extra mile. His dedication will be missed.
