FARMINGTON — The Greater Franklin Development Council, the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce and the Women’s Business Center at CEI are co-sponsoring the third Entrepreneurs Connect event from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, at the Fairbanks School Meeting House.

The theme is Expanding Your Markets and will focus on the journeys of three area entrepreneurs. Keynote speakers are Bob Berry, Main-Land Development Consultants; Kelley Cullenberg and Sarah Doscinski, Spandits!; Monica Chandler, Azulene Day Spa; and Anne Holloway, El Toro Maine.

Resource presenters include Arielle Walrath of Might & Main talking about telling the story of a business; Tammy Knight of Maine Made discussing opportunities within the Maine Made program; and Grace Phillips of Belle Cove LLC, who will talk about her experiences with the Maine International Trade Center.

The Connect events will continue to be held in the spring and fall to help create a culture for entrepreneurs and small businesses to challenge themselves to grow their businesses. Local entrepreneurs, business owners, and community members will have the opportunity to network and learn from presenters who have entrepreneurial experience.
