The Andover School must close. The dreamers just gave the superintendent a $14,000 raise. I wonder how many grants he obtained for the school.

Another problem with the superintendent, principal and School Board is they don’t know how many students there are in school. Every time someone asks them how many students there are in school, they say “about 30.”

It is about time to end that dream and for the School Board to start the procedure of closing the school before next fall.

It is clear that what really troubles the residents is their tax bills. Until the town of Andover can attract more sources of revenue, residents are stuck with paying too much in taxes to support keeping the school open.

Bridges and roads in the town are crumbling and the town doesn’t have extra money to repair them. There is no end in sight for raising tax bills.
