I write this in support of Shenna Bellows for state Senate, and I hope my neighbors in Winthrop and all the towns in Senate District 14 will vote for her.
I have lived and practiced law in Winthrop for more than 40 years, representing families, individuals and businesses with their legal problems and have seen how the Legislature can affect their lives.
Bellows understands how the Legislature works. She has a strong belief in the civil rights and civil liberties of individuals and families. I respect the work she did at the Maine Civil Liberties Union. I recently heard her speak at the Holocaust and Human Rights Center and was impressed. I know she will be a strong voice for justice and equality for all families in the district.
I am going to vote for Shenna Bellows and hope others will, too.
