HEBRON — Nancy L. Strong, 75, passed away Monday, Oct. 24, at her home.
She was born July 31, 1941, in Auburn, daughter of Edmund and Dorothy (Campbell) Keith. She graduated from Mechanic Falls High School and attended Maine School of Commerce in Auburn. She worked at Knapp Shoe Co. and she owned and operated George’s Busy Corner in South Paris. Nancy also worked for Burger King as the manager for 14 years. She also worked in the deli at Hannaford.
On Jan. 7, 1961, she married David Strong.
She is survived by her husband, of Hebron; a daughter, Melissa Slattery and her husband, Warren, and their children, Amanda and Andrew, and Nancy’s great-grandson, Ethan; a son, David and his wife, Hillary, and their children, Katilynn, Marin and Kylan; a daughter, Carrie McIntosh and her husband, Andrew, and their children, Michael and Elizabeth; a son, Jason, and his fiancée, Laurie, and children, Joanna, Jordan, Alex and Spencer; a sister; Carole French; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents; and a brother, Stephen.
