FARMINGTON — June I. (Lett) McAninch, 86, a resident of Jay passed away peacefully Friday, Nov. 4, at Sandy River Center in Farmington.
She was born Sept. 24, 1930, in North Tonawanda, N.Y., the daughter of Edward T. Lett and Mary A. (Stoner) Lett. She attended the Tonawanda Public Schools. She married Donald W. McAninch; he died Feb. 14, 2014.
She enjoyed fishing, cooking, sewing, knitting, crafts, doing puzzles, going for walks, but June especially loved going to the Maine Coast.
She is survived by her son, David McAninch and his wife, Kathryn, of Jay; her daughters, Nancy Bryant and her husband, Eugene, of Newport, and Mary Jo McAninch of Jay; and three grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her brother, Eugene Lett; and sister, Linda Hilman.
