1971 – 2016
TURNER — Jonathan Chase passed away peacefully Friday, Oct. 28, at his home in Turner.
The seventh-generation Chase was born March 8, 1971. He was a 1989 graduate of Lewiston High School and attended Thomas College.
Many of his experiences included limo driver, construction sales and in the field, substitute teacher and best of all, working together building our private campground on Martin Stream in 2002.
He loved to help host our annual parties and loved music, fishing and the Patriots. Jon was a very private man but with so many gifted talents.
He will be forever missed by his family and friends and his special cat, “Bah-Be.”
Jon is survived by his daughter, Haylee Catherine Chase; mother, Paula Chase Burgess; stepfather, Scot Dale Burgess.
He was predeceased by his grandfather Chase in 1973; Aunt Kay in 1990; and grandmother Chase in 1993.
I will always need my Son
No matter what age I am
My son has made me laugh,
made me proud, made me cry,
hugged me tight, seen me fail,
cheered me up, kept me on my toes
and at times driven me crazy.
But my Son is a promise that
I will have a FRIEND FOREVER.
If you have been brutally broken
but still have the courage to be
gentle to others, then you deserve
a LOVE deeper than the ocean itself.
Rest In Peace My Son.
You’re home in Chase’s Mills.
