MEXICO — The Mexico Historical Society will meeting at 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21, at Calvin Lyons Meeting Room downstairs in the town hall.

There will be a potluck supper, followed by a short meeting.

The guest speaker will be U.S. Marine Thomas Gurney, in honor of Veterans Day. He will give a brief introduction. This will be followed by a photographic history of a local boy’s 13,000-mile journey from Peru, Maine, to the I Corps in south Vietnam, starting with Operation Prairie in August 1966 to the Tet Offensive of 1968.
