PORTLAND (AP) — A Maine man has pleaded not guilty to charges in a hit-and-run that killed a 25-year-old bicyclist last week in the town of Windham.

The Portland Press Herald reported (http://bit.ly/2fNeK4V ) 33-year-old Devin Brown, of Scarborough, entered the plea last week in Portland to aggravated operating under the influence and other charges in the Nov. 16 crash. He was ordered held on $50,000 bail.

Police say an investigation determined Brown hit Brandon Dumond, of Windham, and then crashed his car a short time later. Authorities say Dumond was dead when officers arrived.

Police say additional charges could be filed against Brown as the investigation continues.
