BUCKFIELD — Joel Babb, local artist and painter of cityscapes and Maine nature scenes, will give a lecture Thursday, Feb. 16 at 12:30 p.m. at the Buckfield Town Office. Refreshments will be available.  The lecture is presented by the Zadoc Long Jr. Free Library.
