* March 6, 7:56 a.m.: Isaac Roy, 32, of Rumford was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension and failure to stop for a law enforcement officer on Washington Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on May 8.

* March 5, 4:36 p.m.: Thomas Moyse, 51 of West Paris was arrested on a charge of acquiring drugs by deception on Franklin Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail and is to appear in court May 8.

* March 5, 1:56 p.m.: Natasha Justard, 29, of Rumford was charged with operating after suspension and violating conditions of release on Franklin Street. She was not eligible for bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail in Paris. She is to appear in Rumford District Court on May 8.

* March 5, 9:50 a.m.: An Essex Avenue resident reported the theft of Social Security money. Patrolman Bradlee Gallant is investigating.

* March 2, 8:09 p.m.: John Branscomb, 30, of Rumford was arrested on a warrants for probation revocation and failure to appear on a burglary charge in Penobscot County Superior Court. He was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

* March 1, 11:08 p.m.: Christopher Carey, 20, of Rumford was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on burglary/theft charges. He was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

* Feb. 24, 11:27 a.m.: Adam Keefe, 33, Dixfield was arrested on a charge of aggravated domestic assault and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

* Feb. 23, 9:27 p.m.: Leroy Leonard, 38, of Rumford was arrested on a non-compliance contempt order on Cumberland Street. Leonard was transported to Oxford County Jail.
