JAY — A New Sharon woman was treated at the scene after her car went off Maxwell Road and rolled onto its side, Police Chief Richard Caton IV said.
Rocell Marcellino, 60, of New Sharon, was driving from Wilton when her car went into soft snow, back onto the road and into a snowbank before rolling, Caton said.
Marcellino was treated at the scene by NorthStar EMS ambulance personnel and released.
Her Subaru Forester was heavily damaged.
Caton assisted Detective Michael Mejia at the scene. Jay Fire Rescue Department controlled traffic.
