LEWISTON — Martina “Pat” Plummer, 90, a longtime resident of Lisbon Falls, died Thursday evening, March 16, at St. Mary’s d’Youville Pavilion, where she was a patient for two weeks.
She was born in Lisbon Falls on April 4, 1926, the daughter of Forest and Lillian Crosman and was educated in Lisbon and Portland schools. Pat was a member of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church. On Aug. 11, 1945, she married Lorimer “Mike” Plummer in Lisbon Falls. She worked in the local textile mills and retired from Health-Tex in Brunswick.
Pat enjoyed her puzzles, knitting and keeping up on Facebook. She loved sitting on her deck whenever weather permitted, and will be remembered for her green thumb and her beautiful flowers.
She is survived by her six children, Greg and wife, Jane, Tim and wife, Faye, Darlene Joyce, Richard and wife, Stephanie, Phil Plummer and Karen Bomberger; as well as seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Her grandchildren, Mikey, Tina, Bridget, Nichole, Aaron, Tim, Matt and Adam, were special to her and great-grandchildren Nicholas, Zoe, Alivia, Emery, Miranda and Oliver were also very special. She was predeceased by Mike, her husband of 52 years; and her granddaughter, Bridget.
