LEWISTON — Prom Night — Just Like High School — Only Better! will be held Friday and Saturday, April 7 and 8, at The Dolard & Priscilla Gendron Franco Center.
Hours both nights are 7 to 11:30 p.m. in Heritage Hall, 46 Cedar St.
The theme is Under the Sea!
“Bring your friends and join for the most fun you’ve had since high school … maybe the most fun you’ve ever had,” Mitch Thomas, executive director of the center, said.
The program will include the coronation of the prom king and queen, cheerleaders and a photo booth. A buffet dinner prepared by the Franco Center staff will be served from 7:45 to 8:45 p.m. After that, guests will dance to tunes until 11:30 p.m. D.J. Eric Lunt of Big E Entertainment will play “Wolfman Jack” both nights.
There are reserved seats remaining. Call 207-783-1585 or visit francocenter.org to reserve individual seats or tables for large parties. The event is sponsored in part by Ann’s Flower Shop. Attendees may call Ann’s at 207-782-3457 to order corsages and boutonnieres.
Community Little Theatre at 30 Academy St. in Auburn will open its costume shop by appointment. Call the Franco Center for more information.
Tickets are $40 each and include dinner, dancing, entertainment, on-site parking at the Continental Mill, and some surprises.
