• April 10, 9:19 a.m.: A Waldo Street resident reported the theft of his electronic benefits transfer and ATM cards. Patrolman Lawrence Briggs was investigating.

• April 7, 6:20 p.m.: Leon Williams, 37, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Briggs on Hancock Street on a warrant charging failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry. Williams was unable to make bail and was taken to the Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• April 6, 9:21 p.m.: Thomas Miller, 29, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Briggs on Rumford Avenue on charges of domestic violence assault and aggravated assault. Miller was taken to the Oxford County Jail.

• April 5, 8:03 p.m.: A Mexico resident reported the theft of cash in Rumford. Sgt. Doug Maifeld was investigating.

• April 3, 8:34 p.m.: Neil McKenna, 36, of Milton Township, was arrested on Hancock Street on an outstanding warrant for a noncompliance contempt order and was released on $1,000 cash bail.

• April 1, 12:24 p.m.: A Waldo Street resident reported a broken window. Patrolman Briggs was investigating.

• March 23, 10:59 a.m.: Cindy Castle, 41, of Rumford was arrested on Cumberland Street in Rumford by Detective George Cayer on charges of domestic violence assault and simple assault. She was taken to the Oxford County Jail.
