FARMINGTON — Business students from Mt. Blue High School, under the advisement of business teacher Regina Savage, competed against students from Skowhegan and Madison high schools in various areas of business at the final Kennebec Valley Business Education League meet of the school year March 27 at Mt. Blue High School.
The competition gives students the opportunity to test their skills and knowledge against students from other schools.
The following students placed in the following areas:
• Basic Business Skills: Whitney Levesque, third place.
• Business Math: Rena Voter, second place.
• Business Terminology: Addisyn Davis, third place.
• Computer Applications: Nicolas Cadima, second place; Noah Ward-Rubin, second place; and Natasha Essman, third place.
• Internet Scavenger Hunt: Nicolas Cadima, first place; Logan Dolbier, third place; Marah Black, third place.
• Payroll Skills: Marielle Pelletier, first place; Logan Whitley, second place; Ashley Burnham, second place; Rena Voter, second place.
• Personal Finance: Ashley Wiles, first place; Marielle Pelletier, first place; Whitney Levesque, third place.
