FARMINGTON — SeniorsPlus has announced the launch of a new dining site. The dining site will be located in the Farmington Community Center at 127 Middle St.

The public is invited to attend lunches presented there on Mondays (except holidays) starting Monday, April 24. The meal will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the suggested donation is $3.

Cost: $3.

POLAND — Life Springs serves luncheons to seniors at 11 a.m. on Tuesdays at the Poland Community Church, 1212 Maine St.

Cost: Free.

NORWAY — Oxford Hills Area Association of Churches will serve the Norway Community Free Lunch at 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays at the Universalist Church, 479 Main St.

Anyone can eat a nutritious, no questions asked.

WEST PARIS — The West Paris Baptist Church will serve a community supper from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 26.

Cost: Free.

AUBURN — The Sixth Street Congregational Church will serve baked beans and American chop suey from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, April 27, at 109 Sixth St. 

Take out will be available. 

Cost: $6 for adults; $3 for children 6 to 12; free for children 5 and younger.

BUCKFIELD — A spaghetti and meatball potluck supper to benefit Bikes for Books from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, April 28, at the Masonic Lodge. 

The program will give 14 bicycles to the boy and girl in each class in grades kindergarten through sixth who read the most books.

NEW SHARON — The New Sharon Masons will hold a public benefit spaghetti dinner from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 29, at the New Sharon Mason hall on Route 2.

The money raised will benefit the New Sharon softball recreation league.

PARIS — AMVETS will serve a pork loin supper from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, April 29, at Post No. 72, American Legion, on Church Street.


There will be a 50/50 drawing and a raffle basket.

Cost: $8 for adults; $4 for children 12 and younger.

TURNER — The Universalist Church will serve a bean and macaroni and cheese supper from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 28, at the church across the street from the gazebo on Turner Center Road, Route 117.

Cost: By donation.


TURNER — The Turner ATV Club will host a spaghetti dinner from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, April 29, at the Boofy Quimby Memorial Center, 96 Howes Corner Road.

The club will collect non-perishable food items and monetary donations. All proceeds will benefit the Turner Food Pantry. 

There will be a 50/50 and raffles.
