FARMINGTON — Bangor Savings Bank’s Community Matters More has given $5,000 to Life Enrichment Advancing People to reinvest in community recreation and accessibility for people of all abilities.
Farmington-based LEAP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in west central Maine.
The grant is for advocacy, improving accessibility and community projects like the Stone Soup Gardens Project, which includes accessible gardens and trails.
