RUMFORD — Ryan Pratt went the distance for Franklin County en route to a 9-4 victory over River Valley in American Legion baseball action on Tuesday night.
Franklin County jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the top of the fourth as Nick Lombardi had an RBI double in the inning. He finished the contest with two hits.
Franklin County scored twice in the sixth and then in the seventh, Hunter Bolduc added a two-run single in a four-run inning for the visitors. Austin Gilboe had a pair of hits in the contest, as well.
Charlie Morton sparked River Valley’s (1-2) offense with two hits, including a two-run double in the seventh. River Valley added one more run in the inning. Gus Brown also had two hits in the game.
