NORWAY — The Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine will host the first Mid-Summer Wednesday Wellness event on Wednesday, July 26, at Posabilities, 15 Tannery St.

Anyone impacted by cancer and caregivers may attend and participate in activities.

Check in and sign ups will begin at 12:45 p.m.  

Sampler sessions that will be available from 1 to 2:30 p.m. are:

• Katey Hawes will offer Thai Yoga;

• Susan Kane and Rhonda Twitchell will offer Chair Reiki; and

• Karen Tibbetts will provide hand reflexology sessions.

Susan Kane will lead a guided meditation session at 2:30 p.m.

Yoga Warriors led by Katey Hawes will be from 3 to 4 p.m. 

The Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine is located at 199 Main St. in the Stephens Memorial Hospital Specialty Clinic building. The Center is open 9 a.m to 3 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays and offers a variety of programs, as well as comfort items, free to anyone impacted by cancer.
