RENO, Nev. — Kathleen M. Cotterly of Poland was installed district deputy to the Elks national president for lodges in the Central District of the Maine Elks Association when members of the Elks-USA from across the nation gathered from July 16 to 19.

Cotterly was installed at the order’s 153rd Elks National Convention. She will serve a one-year term.

Last year, the Elks donated approximately $283 million in cash, gifts, and time to make communities better places to live. The Elks proudly stand among the nation’s patriotic and charitable organizations.
