Don Peterson presents the Fridelle “Delle” Peterson Award to Heidi McKay on Aug. 18. The award is presented to a Promise Early Education Center direct service staff person who is a dedicated team player with a positive attitude and who puts forth exceptional effort embracing parents’ involvement in their children’s education. The award is given annually in Peterson’s memory in recognition of her dedication to children and families. The Promise Early Education Center is at 269 Bates St., Lewiston.
