LEWISTON — Amanda Theresa Gauvin, 37, of Webster St. Lewiston, died from injuries sustained in an automobile accident, on Wednesday August 23. She was born in Lewiston on June 14, 1980 a daughter of Yvan and Anna (Dubord) Gauvin. She was educated in local schools and graduated from Lewiston High School, Class of 1999.

Amanda owned and operated Sunday’s Multi-Tasker’s with the love of her life, Peter Follansbee.

She also worked part time at Springpoint Horse Farm. Horses were her passion and she loved taking care of them. She was the hardest-working woman you would ever meet; she loved her work and enjoyed meeting new clients. She enjoyed the outdoors and would take sleeping on the ground any day over sleeping in a bed. Her son, Drake, meant the world to her and she worked hard to provide for him. Amanda had a heart bigger than her body and made sure you knew you were loved with a hug and “I love you” before she left. She also volunteered with her mother for the American Alzheimer’s Assoc. in memory of her grandmother, Aldea. She will be missed but never forgotten.

She leaves behind her son, Drake of Lewiston; her husband Peter Follansbee of Lewiston; her mother Anna Faunce and her husband Gordon of Lewiston; her father Yvan Gauvin and his wife Brenda of Lewiston; a sister Audrey Withee and her husband Jason of Bedford, N.H.; two brothers Adam Gauvin and his wife Debra of Milo, and Andrew Faucher and his wife Ashley of Lewiston; her stepfather Raymond Faucher; a grandmother Anna Faucher both of Lewiston; stepchildren Josh Reil, Sierra Barrows; and stepsister Jessica Dube; four grandchildren; eight nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents Bert Lacombe and Aldea Dragoon; paternal grandparents Armand and Regene Gauvin; an aunt, Diane Gauvin; and an uncle, Coco Gauvin.
