GRAY — Everett Maxwell Quimby, 71, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, Sept. 6.

Born to Maxwell and Edna Quimby on May 5, 1946, Everett was a graduate of Scarborough High School and worked for over fifty years in the construction industry.

He was an active member of B.B.B.C in Gray and enjoyed fishing, playing cribbage, and woodworking.

Everett was predeceased by his parents and his loving wife, Jan.

He is survived by his daughter, Lea McGarvey, and her husband, Rich, of Springfield, Mass., and sons Daniel Quimby of Hartland and Scott Quimby and his wife, Becki, of Lewiston, as well as seven terrific grandchildren.
