PARIS — Five members of the L&A Veterans Council visited the Maine Veterans’ Homes in South Paris to present gifts and visit veterans.
Among the gifts were a DVD of the Memorial Day parade and ceremony and a copy of “Korea Reborn a Grateful Nation” from the Korean War Veterans Association, presented by Bert Dutil.
The council is working on the “Pass in Review and Musical Tribute” to be presented at 10 a.m. on Veterans Day, Saturday, Nov. 11, at the Lewiston Memorial Armory, 65 Central Ave.
