LEWISTON — Police are asking for the public’s help after a man in his 20s was shot in the leg near Walnut and Howe streets Sunday night in a drive-by shooting.
Police received a call at 9:14 p.m., and the man was taken to Central Maine Medical Center with injuries not considered life threatening, according to a news release.
A suspect has yet to be identified, arrested or charged.
“We’re urging any witnesses to come forward,” Lt. David St. Pierre said.
