FARMINGTON — The next six-week Living Well workshop series will be held Thursdays, from Nov. 2 through Dec. 14, at the Chisholm Room at Franklin Memorial Hospital, 111 Franklin Health Commons.
There will not be a class Nov. 23. A book and relaxation CD are loaned for each participant’s use during class. For those who wish to buy them, the book costs $15 and the CD $10.
Each workshop is 2½ hours and includes discussion and activities on topics such as dealing with frustration, exercising at one’s level of ability, working with health care providers, setting personal goals, managing pain, healthy eating and improving communication skills. A family member, friend or caregiver can also participate.
