AUGUSTA — The Concerts at Jewett Series, sponsored by University of Maine at Augusta College of Arts and Sciences and UMA Senior College, will present “An Afternoon with Paul Sullivan” at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, at Jewett Hall Auditorium. (Snow date, Dec. 3.)

Grammy Award-winner Paul Sullivan has enjoyed a richly varied and distinguished career as a composer and a pianist. He has played concert tours throughout the world, with major orchestras and in hit musicals and been featured in many of New York’s most prestigious jazz clubs. He has composed scores for films, theaters and dance companies.

Sullivan is a resident of Maine and his CD “Sketches of Maine” features his performance of compositions inspired by his love of the state.
