GREENE — Tommy’s Feral Feline Friends will host a Harvest Bottle Drive for the kitties in its care who need medical attention, spay and neutering and rebuilding of the outside colonies due to the harsh weather.

The annual fundraiser has been on hold the last two years because of all medical needs and the damage done to the feline colonies caused by heavy snow, rain and flooding.

Bottle and can donations may be dropped off at the one-day event from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, in front of Chapter 11 under the tent. Monetary donations can be sent to Tommy’s Feral Feline Friends, P.O. Box 274, Greene, ME 04236.

Max is one of the many cats Tommy’s Feral Feline Friends has helped. The shelter will hold a bottle drive in Lewiston Saturday, Oct. 28.
