OXFORD — A “meet and greet” for candidates seeking election to the Board of Selectmen will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 1, at the Oxford Recreation Center, 223 King St.
Residents will have the opportunity to speak with candidate Samantha Hewey, who is vying for the seat held by Scott Owens, who resigned Sept. 21.
Candidiate Caldwell Jackson, who is also seeking election to that seat, is unable to attend.
The special municipal election will be held Nov. 7.
