ERIE, PA — The unbeaten Maine Red Claws took it to the winless Erie BayHawks on Friday, winning 116-101 in Erie’s G League home opener.
The Red Claws (3-0) had seven players score in double figures, led by Josh Adeyeye’s 20 points and Daniel Dixon’s 19. Andrew White added 18, Devin Williams scored 15, Kadeem Allen put up 13 and Trey Davis had 12.
Williams and Davis both notched double-doubles. Along with his scoring, Williams also had 10 rebounds and shot 7-of-11 from the field. Davis dished out 10 assists.
Erie’s Raphiael Putney led all scorers with 23 points, highlighted by 4-of-6 shooting from 3-point range. Josh Magette contributed nine points and nine assists.
