Mechanics Savings Bank recently contributed $2,500 to the Pine Tree Society to help with improvements to its Early Learning Center at 589 Minot Ave., Auburn. The building requires significant improvements to sufficiently serve children’s needs. Pine Tree Society’s goal is to raise enough money to transform the building, addressing safety and comfort concerns.
