AUBURN — High Street is closed partially to traffic Monday.
Railroad crews are repairing a broken rail in the south-bound lane of High Street. Drivers from Minot Avenue will be able to turn onto High Street.
But drivers will not be able to reach Minot Avenue from Academy Street. Detour signs will direct traffic to Minot Avenue.
