RUMFORD — Maine Event Comedy will present nationally touring comedian Rob Steen at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, at 49 Franklin’s Mystic Theater. The show will also feature New Hampshire’s Greg Boggis and Biddeford’s Mike Gray.

Steen has been drawing crowds since becoming a street performer in Boston at age 12. For the past 30 years, his high-energy, fast-paced brand of comedy has entertained audiences throughout the country, including Caroline’s on Broadway, The Laugh Factory, and Comic Strip Live. Steen was twice featured on the “Stupid Human Tricks” segment on The Late Show with David Letterman and regularly produces comedy shows throughout the Northeast.

Boggis hails from Milford, New Hampshire, and has taken his casual blend of current events and unique observations to comedy clubs, colleges, benefits and corporate shows across the country. He hosts his own television show, “The Boggis Hour,” which features guests from the world of comedy and beyond.

Gray is living proof that a horrible childhood can be turned around into an equally horrible adulthood. He was a finalist in the 2017 Best Bar Comic Competition and performs regularly throughout Maine, Boston and New Hampshire.

The Mystic Theater is located at 49 Franklin St. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Doors open at 7 p.m. Advance tickets may be purchased at Bartash’s and All That Jazz on Congress Street or online at 49franklin.com. The show is for age 21 and-older.
