ORONO – UMaine’s 2018 International Dance Festival will be held on Saturday, Feb. 17, with shows at 2 and 7 p.m. at the Collins Center for the Arts. This is a general admission event, with free seating.
The International Dance Festival (IDF) was a student-led initiative which started in 2005. Today, it is one of the biggest and most anticipated events on campus by the whole UMaine community and the broader Bangor area. IDF showcases an array of traditional music, dance and costumes of the diverse student body at UMaine. I
Doors open one hour before show time. The IDF is organized by the Office of International Programs and theInternational Student Association. Information about the dance festival is available by calling the Office of International Programs at 207-581-3437.
