Award-winning playwright Caryl Churchill’s meditation is on relationships in digital culture. More than 100 characters in 57 vignettes explore how we process knowledge and each other. “Love and Information” has been written as a series of short, seemingly unconnected plays. Taken together, these “micro-dramas” function as a series of snapshots on the current state of human relationships increasingly mediated by digital technologies.

Bowdoin’s production features media designed in collaboration with students in media arts and digital and computational studies. It is sponsored by the Alice Cooper Morse Fund for the Performing Arts.
