LEWISTON — The Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce will host its monthly breakfast at 7 a.m. Thursday, March 8, at The Dolard & Priscilla Gendron Franco Center, 46 Cedar St.
The speaker will be Barbara Schneider, executive director of Maine Adaptive Sports & Recreation. Maine Adaptive Sports & Recreation promotes year-round education and training for individuals with disabilities in order to develop skills, enhance independence and provide enjoyment through active recreation.
Cost is $20 for members and $30 for nonmembers. Registration is available at www.LAMetroChamber.com.
