LEWISTON — Jeanne Levesque, 73, of Lisbon, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 28, at CMMC in Lewiston.

She was born in Lewiston, Aug. 22, 1944, to parents Bertrand Levesque and Adrienne St. Pierre.

Jeanne loved being a hairdresser. She loved to bake and cook, and many know her for her famous peanut butter fudge. One of her favorite things to do on spring and summer mornings was to sit on the porch, listen to the birds chirp and watch the animals. Her cat, Mittens, loved to go for a ride on her walker down the hall. She enjoyed life and loved her family and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents, and brother, Sylvio Levesque.

Jeanne is survived by daughters, Christine Amaya, Barbara Levesque and husband, Bruce; brothers and their wives, Bertrand and Arlene Levesque, Normand and Cheryl Levesque, Paul and Rachel Levesque, and Ray and Nellie Levesque; as well as many more sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews who she loved so very much.
