• Nichole Filion, 48, of 89 Bull Run Road, Wales, arrested by Maine State Police on a charge of failure to appear in court, 12:58 p.m. Wednesday at that address.



• A vehicle driven by Tyler J. Mills, 23, of Livermore Falls struck a utility pole, 4:46 p.m. Tuesday on Turner Road. Mills’ 2014 Jeep SUV was towed due to disabling damage.

• Vehicles driven by Rody Chevez, 41, of Clifton, New Jersey, and Roger E. Tripp, 81, of New Gloucester collided, 10:35 a.m. Tuesday on Hotel Road. Damage to the 2012 Freightliner tractor-trailer truck driven by Chevez and owned by Globe Logistics Inc. of North Arlington, N.J., was listed as minor. Tripp’s 2007 Ford was towed due to disabling damage.

• Vehicles driven by Jennifer E. Morse, 29, of Durham and Joseph Dufresne, 19, of Auburn collided, 6:27 p.m. Tuesday on Academy Street. Morse’s 2003 GMC SUV and the 2009 Pontiac driven by Dufresne and owned by Teri L. Diamond of Auburn were towed due to disabling damage.

• A car driven by Mariah R. Mitchell, 36, of Auburn struck a curb, 6:54 p.m. Tuesday on Center Street. Mitchell’s 2005 Chrysler was towed due to disabling damage.

• Vehicles driven by Clermont Picard, 69, of Lewiston and Chun H. Wu, 37, of Auburn collided, 11:39 a.m. Tuesday on Center Street. Damage to Picard’s Nissan SUV and Chun’s 2010 Toyota SUV was listed as functional.  


• Vehicles driven by Todd M. Chase, 36, of Lewiston and Roger L. LaGrange, 64, of Lewiston collided, 8:08 a.m. Friday on East Avenue. No damage was observed on the 2000 Ford pickup truck driven by Chase and owned by Kevin Morrissette of Sabattus. Damage to the 2007 GMC pickup truck driven by LaGrange and owned by Nancy A. LaGrange of Lewiston was listed as functional.

• Vehicles driven by Jomarie Warner, 51, of Augusta and Pierre A. Thenor, 38, of Buckfield collided, 3:28 p.m. Friday on Ash Street. Warner’s 2014 Nissan SUV and the 1999 Nissan driven by Thenor and owned by Brooke E. Hesketh of Buckfield were towed due to disabling damage.
