NEW BERN, N.C. — Beryl D. Vienneau, of New Bern, N.C. (formerly from Auburn, and New Port Richey, Fla.), passed away peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 11.

Born Nov. 16, 1926, in Sabattus, she was the daughter of the late Harry S. and Jeanie S. Dobbins. She was educated in the Sabattus and Lewiston public schools.

She enjoyed her family. She was always proud in what her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren were doing. Since 1952, she enjoyed her life during the summers at her cottage at Birchmere Colony in South Harpswell.

She was married to the late Paul J. Vienneau, on Jan. 29, 1944. They had a wonderful life together for 65 years before his passing.

They had two daughters, Barbara Fairfield and husband, Richard, from New Bern, N.C., and Paula Hakala and husband, James, of South Paris. She also cherished nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
