LISBON — Maryann Card, a loving mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully at home Monday, March 26. Maryann was born in Eagle Lake on Oct. 26, 1935, the daughter of the late Rosaire and Mattie Roy Ouellette.

She was married to the late Ernest Card, in which they had a long, loving marriage of over 50 years until his passing. She worked at shoe shops in the area and also waitressed. Maryann loved gardening and sewing.

Survivors include daughter, Martha Kessler, and husband, Dave; son, Michael A. Card, and fiancée, Jan Sleeper, and a daughter, Tina J. Urquidez and partner, Brian Poulin; former daughter-in-law, Mary Fenderson Card; also her siblings, Grace Barker, Theresa and husband, Robert Michaud, J. Edgar Ouellette and wife, Dorothy, Edmond and wife, Martine, Albertine and husband, Edward Spagnolo, and Rosemary Ouellette.

Maryann is survived by her grandchildren, Jason Card, Joseph Friend, Matthew Card and Katrina Burgess; great-grandchildren, Caleb, Cameron, Jacob, Madeline, Orion Card and McKayla Batista. Also surviving are her late husband’s brothers and their wives: Edward and Pam Card, Gilbert Card and Roger and Terry Card; and many nieces and nephews of the Ouellette and Card family.

Maryann was predeceased by her parents; and husband, the love of her life, Ernest; and her infant son, Stephen Card; siblings, Francis (Eddie) Ouellette, Edwidge Michaud and Edwin J. Ouellette; and by her dearest and closest friend, Harriet Card.
