
• March 25, 8:10 a.m.: Officer Austin Couture is investigating who cut three tires on Essex Avenue. A window was also broken. The estimated loss is $300.
• March 18, 12:25 a.m.: Ashley Pelletier, 29 of Rumford, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence after a crash on Isthmus Road. Pelletier was released from the Rumford Police Department on $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford Court on May 14.
• March 13, 9:02 p.m.: Ruth Labrecque, 57, of Rumford was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault and taken to the Oxford County Jail in Paris. She is scheduled to appear in Rumford Court on April 9.
