LEWISTON — St. Mary’s Health System, a Covenant Health member, announces Erin Hayes has earned the designation of certified professional in healthcare risk management from The American Hospital Association Certification Center.
This is a national credential that distinguishes individuals as part of an elite group of health care risk management professionals.
To earn the certification, an individual must satisfy eligibility requirements that incorporate a blend of education and associated health care specific professional experience and agree to adhere to the AHA Professional Standards of Conduct. They must also pass the CPHRM certification examination which focuses on the areas of clinical and patient safety, risk financing, legal and regulatory, health care operations and claims and litigation.
