ANDOVER — Funeral services for Mr. Roger H. Mills Jr. of Andover were conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 10, at the Andover Congregational Church, Andover, with Pastor Linda Couture officiating. Interment was at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Andover. A reception followed at the Andover Town Hall. Arrangements were under the care of the Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.
