Danville Junction Grange plans memorial
AUBURN — Members of Danville Junction Grange will meet for dessert at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 24, at Danville Union Church. The business meeting will start at 7. A memorial program will be presented by Chaplain Joyce MacDonald.
Members are reminded to bring cleaning supplies for PAL and clipped coupons for troops. All members and guests are welcome to attend.
Wildlife Park holding blood drive
GRAY — A blood drive will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 26, at the Maine Wildlife Park off Route 26. The American Red Cross/Raysup Blood Drive has gathered its quota of blood for the past three years at the park.
The American Red Cross processes about 40 percent of the country’s blood supply. Donors who register for the event will receive free admission to the Maine Wildlife Park and a discount for immediate family members on that day.
Those wishing may preregister at www.redcrossblood.org.
